Cancellations made 90+ days in advance will receive a complete refund less a $100 per person administrative fee. Cancellations made 60-89 days before the scheduled trip date will be refunded the entire trip price, less the initial deposit. Cancellations made 31-59 days before the trip date will be refunded 50% of the trip price. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the trip date will receive no refund. In the very rare instance that Routed L.L.C. is forced to cancel a tour for any reason a full credit will be applied to another tour or departure date, OR a full refund (including the initial deposit) will be issued, as you wish. This refund shall constitute Routed L.L.C. sole compensatory responsibility: We cannot be held responsible for any additional or incidental costs that may result (nonrefundable flights, etc). TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance, including coverage for health, accident, emergency evacuation, accidental death, baggage loss, and trip cancellation, is required for all trip participants. If you must cancel your tour for any covered reason (illness, injury, death of family member, etc), trip cancellation insurance will reimburse you.
